POEA recently launched the Pre-Employment Orientation Seminar (PEOS) Online, and declared it as a mandatory requirement for all professional and skilled workers who want to work abroad that will be deployed through any licensed landbased recruitment agency.

In support with POEA’s (PEOS Online), Ikon Solutions Asia Inc. is requiring all applicants seeking work abroad to register and take this seminar at www.peos.poea.gov.ph

“PEOS Online is a comprehensive and computer-based education program that seeks to provide prospective overseas OFWs with relevant, quality and more accessible information about overseas employment.”

“It aims to guide overseas jobseekers in understanding the realities of working overseas. It is also designed as an anti-illegal recruitment and anti-human trafficking strategy by providing information on how to avoid becoming victims. It bridges information gaps between community-based PEOS and the Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar.”

3. Review your learnings.
